邮件服务 handles all incoming mail and packages for students, faculty, and staff.
Window Hours for Spring 2024
Monday - Friday, 9a - 4:45p
Keep in Mind the Following
- 邮件服务 is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and College holidays unless otherwise noted.
- Perishable items sent to 邮件服务 may be delivered using the student's regular mailing address. To ensure timely delivery, please give the 邮件服务 team advance notice. 简单的电子邮件 mailservices@hongyangditan.com the student's name and contact number, 项目描述, 航空公司, tracking number (if available) and expected delivery date.
- Deliveries are not permitted to the dorms with the exception of flowers to the Front Desk (students will need to know to pick up the flowers).
- Direct food and grocery deliveries are not accepted at 邮件服务.
- The Service window closes one hour early (3:45pm) on the last workday before College holidays.

Personal Packages can be retrieved from Central Receiving, 星期一至星期五, 9:30am - 10:00am and 4:00pm to 4:30pm.
